Our story started in 2015, driven by Cynthia Zanoni’s dream of making technology a career path open to every woman. Along the way, her leadership was honored with awards from respected institutions like the Mozilla Foundation and Microsoft. In 2021, our community reached a new milestone, evolving into a nonprofit organization (NGO). with the purpose of broadening opportunities through technical training, mentorship, and employability programs, reaching and empowering more than 350,000 women throughout Latin America.
