WoMakersCode started in 2015 as a community for women in tech. In 2021, we became an NGO, and since then, we’ve reached 350,000 women across Brazil and 13 countries in Latin America. Our purpose is simple: to open doors for more women in technology.
We achieve this through courses, mentorship, and events that link learning to real career opportunities. Together, we’re reshaping the market, empowering talent, and building a more diverse and inclusive future.

From journalist to programmer — at 47, Carolina earned the position of junior developer.
Márcia started her career transition in 2021, focused on Cloud specialization, and today she thrives as a Cloud FinOps Analyst.
After 7 years in the editorial field, Jhenyffer reinvented her career and today thrives as a Junior Data Analyst.
Thaís grew from trainee to Data Management and Governance Analyst, and today she excels as a Senior Data Scientist.
